Booking, payment terms + late fees

A booking is considered firm as from the date of the initial payment, which is 30% of the total package amount. This is non-refundable. This is to be paid upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent via email. The remainder of the total package payment is required within five working days of your confirmed booking - the specific date will be stated on your invoice. For short notice bookings (within two weeks), the total amount will need to be paid in full one day prior to the booking- the specific date will be stated on your invoice.

Payment must be made via bank transfer, the details of which can be found on your invoice. If payment is not made on the date specified, a reminder message be sent to you to make the payment. If the payment is not received within 48 hours of the reminder message, a surcharge of £20.00 will be applied.

Cancellation policy

Rachel Blake Photography will, at her discretion, charge a fee for cancellation: 24 hours or less - the initial payment will be held. The same is applicable if Rachel Blake Photography has to cancel your session: the initial payment will be returned.

Postponement can be arranged with notice deemed reasonable by Rachel Blake Photography.

Image quantity + return

Images are delivered via a private online gallery (PixieSet). Once delivered, the images remain live and available for download on the website for 30 days.

Rachel Blake Photography focuses on ‘quality’ of return over ‘quantity’ of return. There is no set number of images but rather a guarantee that sufficient, high quality, and fit for purpose selection will be delivered suitable for the project aims and objectives. However, you will receive the total number of images in your selected package, as a minimum.

Payment for additional retouched images is payable once your selection has been made. The images will not be retouched or released to you until payment is received.

Waiver of Liability

This Waiver of Liability releases Rachel Blake Photography and its affiliated members from all liability relating to injuries that may occur {during the photo shoot).

Once a booking has been made you agree to hold Rachel Blake Photography entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. You also acknowledge the risks involved in the production.

These include but are not limited to physical or mental injury. You swear that you are participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to you. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that will increase the likelihood of Rachel Blake experiencing injuries while engaging in the booking.

You forfeit all right to bring a suit against Rachel Blake Photography or its affiliates for any reason. In return, you will receive the agreed-upon services offered. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions and all laws during the production or expedition. You will ask for clarification when needed.
